About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Cisco Product Development Methodology (CPDM)
- Guide cross-functional teams through the entire product journey, from business case to sunset
- Ensure alignment on investment, resource allocation, and strategy
- Drive process improvements and develop training programs
- Define key metrics and implement AI-powered tools for visibility into development progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in SaaS product management, product development, program management, or new product introduction
- Extensive experience with product development methodologies, Go-to-Market operations, and enablement
- Proven experience managing large-scale product lifecycles and cross-functional project coordination
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
