About this role
Role Overview
provide support for calendaring, travel, expenses, along with management and oversight of special projects
act as a core member of the VP’s team, handling incoming requests for time, meetings, and resources
manage and own the calendar day-to-day, keeping the VP’s schedule accurate, current, and aligned to priorities
assist in planning and organizing meetings, taking responsibility for assembling the agenda
filter through incoming emails and proactively flag communications that require a response or action
work closely with the VP and Chief of Staff on strategic team meetings
review and update the bi-weekly Connected Cisco reporting dashboard
coordinate team gifts, when appropriate
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in administrative environment
a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a principal who was at the director level or above
expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
experience in calendar management, planning meetings and coordinating travel
excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to connect with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients
past work experience in the high-tech industry is desired, prior Cisco experience preferred
associate degree
