Bachelor’s degree
Ten or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in large services organization designing and leading enterprise-wide technology enablement and change management
Experience as a technology leader delivering large scale enterprise technology transformation programs
Ability to define, own, and execute the long-term technical roadmap for critical BSS platforms
Proficiency in architecting scalable and secure technology solutions
Experience leading end-to-end software development and deployment of major commercial initiatives that drive significant service revenue
Experience in successfully migrating legacy capabilities and ensuring the architecture supports future business agility and scalability
Success in championing the adoption of cutting-edge development practices and tools
