Role Overview
- Develop and implement global regulatory strategies to secure market approval
- Lead the Global Regulatory Product Team (GRPT)
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
- Manage compounds through all phases of development
- Present meaningful regulatory assessments to executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, pharmacology or related subject)
- 5+ years of regulatory experience
- Proven 3+ years in a strategic leadership role
- Experience working in a complex and matrix environment
- Strong communication and proactive negotiation skills
