Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager
Technical Project, Manager or Delivery Manager for end-to-end software delivery
Large-scale projects for broadly understood CRM systems
Project Manager role in a large consulting firm
Proven track record in delivering projects in an international environment
Perfect communication and presentation skills
Positive thinking and problem-solving attitude
Business orientation
Product Ownership experience
Experience in communication at the Partner or C-level
Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
Experience in using GenAI supporting project delivery
Practical knowledge of Scrum framework
Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (Prince 2, PMI, AGILE PM)
Additional role beyond project management, preferably in business development area
Change management experience
Ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently.
