Evaluate, design, and implement secure solutions across SOLV Energy’s enterprise technology environment.
Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team, OT Engineering, Infrastructure, and Development Teams to strengthen enterprise security architecture.
Lead cross-functional security initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring measurable risk reduction.
Conduct architecture and infrastructure reviews, and provide security design recommendations for new and existing systems.
Design and implement scalable security architectures across IT, OT, cloud, and application environments.
Collaborate with the Corporate IT team, Operational Technology, and Business Applications Team to support architecture scalability and security.
Mentor the SecOps team in ensuring compliance with all security requirements and best practices.
Generate detailed reports and technical documentation for the SecOps team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures.
Experience working in or supporting Operational Technology or Industrial Control System environments.
Experience integrating security into software development lifecycles.
Strong understanding of identity architecture, network segmentation, and zero trust principles.
Knowledge of industry frameworks such as NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and relevant OT guidance (e.g., NIST 800-82, IEC 62443).
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from concept through implementation.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong project ownership and organizational skills.
Experience with MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
