Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
Source and attract active and passive candidates through various resources including direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment on hiring needs, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout each step of the hiring process.
Track and maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and requisition status in the ATS.
Adhere to and support recruiting processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a sales, go-to-market, or high-volume environment at an agency, start-up, or corporate company.
Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
Experience using modern ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority positions simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and initiative.
Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
