About this role

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirement specifications
Execute automated and manual test cases; log and track defects; ensure resolution and closure
Analyze defect root causes and recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Advocate for automation best practices and continuous improvement of testing processes

Minimum of 4 + years supporting QA automation for enterprise applications
Proven experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, or equivalent tools
Expertise in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in automation tools, testing methodologies, or QA frameworks are a plus.
