Drive analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs, including ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate, to inform business strategy
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior leadership in collaboration with the VP of FP&A
Manage and refine financial models to improve forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, and Google Sheets to provide real-time insights
Develop clear and impactful visualizations to communicate financial performance trends and key business drivers
Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial guidance
Collaborate with operational teams to align on financial goals and deliver actionable recommendations
Assist in the execution of finance transformation projects, including workflow automation and system enhancements

Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS environment
Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Tableau, SQL and Google Sheets
Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and operational stakeholders while confidently challenging the status quo
Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools and finance transformation initiatives is a plus
Strong financial modeling and scenario planning expertise
