Role Overview
- Lead the Automation quality engineering strategy across digital platforms
- Develop and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and tools for enterprise applications
- Oversee delivery and/or run initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Mentor and coach a team of automation engineers
- Architect and maintain frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing
- Integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance test coverage
- Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting on progress, risks, and achievements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6-8+ years in software testing, including 3+ years in automation leadership
- Expertise in tools such as Selenium, Karate, Appium
- Strong coding skills in Java
- Experience with feature files (Gherkin)
- Background in performance testing
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Proven track record in designing robust frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing
