Role Overview
- Daily monitoring of customer receivables
- Regular follow-ups (email, phone) in French and English
- Management of customer administrative information across multiple platforms
- Professional communication with customers
- Proposing improvements to collections processes
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in collections or receivables management
- Experience with billing platforms (e.g., Chorus Pro, SAP Ariba, Coupa…)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience conducting customer follow-ups in French and English
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, billing systems, Excel, AI…)
