About this role
Role Overview
Lead the design and evolution of data science and analytics learning programmes
Ensure our content remains cutting edge by integrating modern technologies
Manage a small team of instructors/SMEs
Act as a primary internal authority for Data Science and Analytics
Own the full lifecycle of a learning product
Design, develop, and continuously improve high-quality learning content
Deliver engaging workshops to adult learners in virtual classrooms
Provide pedagogical coaching and line management to the Analytics team
Lead the pedagogical scoping for commercial bids
Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of complex learning projects
Requirements
Experienced in designing and delivering technical learner-centric training programmes
A data science / analytics subject matter expert with strong practical experience
Confident coding in Python and familiar with AI copilots for code generation and AutoML python libraries
Deep technical knowledge of the data analytics lifecycle, including advanced Python, SQL, and practical use of Large Language Models in Data Analytics
Understanding how to teach the transition from basic code to production-grade analytics
Able to own complex workstreams independently, from definition through to delivery
A strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Always keen to learn, improve and stretch your own knowledge, skills and behaviours.
