System Administration: You manage and optimize complex client environments with up to 1,500 workstations — including servers, cloud and cybersecurity.
2nd/3rd level Support: You support colleagues and client IT departments with 2nd & 3rd level support via remote maintenance or on-site at the customer.
Network & Security: You configure firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching and Wi‑Fi solutions — with a focus on performance and security.
Modern Workplace: You implement solutions related to hybrid work, endpoint management, collaboration and identity management.
Migrations: You plan, implement and migrate IT infrastructures — from Microsoft 365 and Azure to Windows Server environments, firewalls and networks.
Customer Contact: You work directly with customers' IT departments, provide technically sound advice and accompany projects through to go-live.
Proactive Monitoring: You keep a constant watch on relevant customer systems and IT services.
Documentation & Standards: You document thoroughly, develop best practices and ensure that your know-how is shared within the team.
Teamwork: For larger projects or specialist topics you contribute your expertise and work closely with colleagues.
Proactive Improvement: You introduce new ideas, tools and technologies to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
You show initiative and a sense of responsibility — you don’t run projects by rote but take ownership.
You convince both customers and the team with outstanding solution
and service-orientation.
You have completed IT training and have several years of professional experience in a larger IT department or with an IT service provider (preferably with Managed Services).
You know Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 11 and hybrid work scenarios not just from documentation — you can implement them at the customer.
Networks are not new to you: routing, switching, VLANs, Wi‑Fi and firewalls (pfSense, Fortinet or similar) are part of your day-to-day work.
You are proficient in Windows Server environments (AD, File, DNS, DHCP) and know how to plan and execute migrations cleanly.
Backup and storage solutions are not just a "next-click" for you — you can design and implement them at the customer.
You have an awareness of cybersecurity and can react quickly to potential attacks.
Experience with RMM, PSA or other MSP tools would be a great plus!
You speak fluent German and solid English to communicate with both customers and international vendors/partners.
