Bilingual Retention Field Representative

Role Overview

• Retaining current membership in assigned territory
• Conducting telephonic and field outreach including community events
• Assisting with Fidelis Care products
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing members
• Documenting all interactions in the appropriate system

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year health care related experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Driver’s License may be required by some plans
• Specific language skills may be required by some plans
