Role Overview

• Provide customer support for Danish-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

Requirements

• Fluent/Native Danish (C2 level).
• Good English skills (B2) for internal communication and systems.
• Currently residing in Braga (required).
• A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
