About this role
Role Overview
Building and consolidating relationships with relevant regional and national customers
Developing and implementing an individual sales strategy tailored to the customer's needs
Implementation of market development strategies
Maintain an accurate and current CRM database (salesforce.com) of all accounts including activities, opportunities, risks and customer contact details
Attend relevant industry trade shows, conferences and meetings as required
Preparation and processing of tenders as well as the conception and follow-up of offers in close cooperation with the Sales Manager and Tender Team
Handling of product complaints, processing in the relevant systems and communication with the customers
Regular collection and processing of market information (trends, competitor behavior, products, services, etc.)
Coordination of product training for specific target group together with the Infusion Application Specialist
Conduct product demonstrations and validations with prospective customers
Provide technical credibility during customer discussions related to HIS integration, cybersecurity, and system architecture
Translate customer IT requirements into clear tasks for the Local IT Integration Partner
Support technical feasibility assessments together with IT Integration Partner
Requirements
Strong background of success within medical device or pharma sales
Confirmed experience of account expansion
High willingness to travel (up to 80% and more)
driving license required
Proficient Polish skills and very good communication skills in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRMs
Technical or IT background will be considered a strong advantage
