Role Overview
- Manage the daily operations of the Amazon business
- Monitor performance across all Amazon KPIs
- Deliver timely, accurate sales and inventory reporting
- Review POS trends and performance metrics
- Maintain working relationships with Amazon GL and retail teams
- Manage the financial components of the account
- Share Amazon insights with Product, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Partner with internal and Amazon retail/marketing teams to activate campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon account or marketplace management experience
- 4+ years of directly owning Amazon programs
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar Amazon accounts
- Experience supporting product launches and managing cross-functional projects
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience negotiating agreements
