Collaborate closely with agile development teams as a Product Owner
Ensuring teams work on the right tasks to deliver the best possible products to customers
Writing user stories and requirements for new features
Leveraging AI tools in product processes to streamline delivery
Attending Standups with agile teams and writing release documentation
Defining release and sprint goals for development team(s)
Managing and resolving customer product escalations
Ensuring the development team understands the value of their work

2+ years of experience working with products
Experience with Bullhorn products
Experience working on Onboarding Software
Comfortable participating in technical conversations regarding front end behavior, back-end logic and data structures (bonus points for previous experience in Development or QA!)
Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AI tools in product processes (bonus points for additional relevant experience)
Undergraduate technical degree (extra bonus points for an MBA!)
Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
