Manage a portfolio of strategic sites (Logistics) across the Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes (AURA) region
Grow revenue and market share within your portfolio of accounts
Develop the strategy for each site and propose new offers/solutions
Manage direct relationships with on‑site operational teams at all levels, and liaise with Purchasing and HR Directors alongside Gojob’s Key Account Sales team
Prepare business reviews for the sites
Draft contracts using our digital tool — HRIS administration possible (administrative tasks ≈ 10% of your time)
Create HR value for your client by conducting recruitment sessions, interviewing temporary workers, doing production site tours and managing integrations/onboarding
Work cross‑functionally with dedicated teams (retention, administrative compliance, occupational health visits, payroll, billing) to ensure the quality of Gojob’s service for your clients
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Consultant / Business Developer / Key Account Manager working with sites that use recruitment/temporary staffing services
This temporary staffing experience is accompanied by a strong willingness to move toward digital tools and the start‑up environment
You have a passion for fieldwork and client contact
Agile and organized profile — you are highly responsive, dynamic and a true problem solver
You are a source of energy and bring a positive mindset to your daily work
