Manage RMA processes, including analysis of pending items, regularization of movements, and coordination with third parties.
Execute and monitor automated RMA processes via robot (RPA), in addition to manual activities in the Oracle system.
Perform system write-offs, part cancellations, and control of the Service sub-inventory.
Create maintenance item records, manage materials, and request tools for technicians.
Execute and analyze T&M (Time & Materials) billings using the Delogic system.
Manage warranty processes with customers and distributors, including requests for credits/bonuses.
Prepare, consolidate, and send managerial, operational, and accounting reports.

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience with RMA, reverse logistics, after-sales, or parts management.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Experience with inventory processes, billing, warranties, or asset control.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience in reporting, data analysis, and consolidation.
