Plan, develop, and manage production of research‑driven thought leadership content
Serve as the lead for thought leadership sales enablement content
Partner with distribution, financial advisors, and marketing teams to identify content needs
Develop activation and promotional plans for thought leadership reports
Write and update consumer‑facing articles across channels
Draft landing pages and related copy to support business campaigns
See content through stakeholder feedback, SEO optimization, and compliance approval
Support the transition of content to new MarTech platforms
Maintain and update a consumer content editorial calendar
Monitor personal finance and economic news to identify timely content opportunities
Review content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize content effectiveness
Use enterprise‑approved AI tools to support research and content development

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Around 6–10 years of experience in content strategy or marketing in financial services
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Familiarity with and comfort using AI tools to enhance content development and strategic thinking
Experience developing sales enablement content
Familiarity with SEO writing and digital content best practices
Subject matter familiarity with retirement and wealth/investments
Experience contributing to multichannel business campaigns
