Role Overview
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth
- Join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community
- Enjoy scheduling flexibility and design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs
- Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25+ clients for full-time
- Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences
Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
