Role Overview
- Testing cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS + Terraform or CloudFormation)
- CI/CD pipeline testing (GitLab CI or equivalent)
- Scripting for test automation and utilities (Python)
- Compliance and governance testing in regulated industries
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for quality assurance
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in software testing, QA engineering, or platform engineering with a quality focus
- 2+ years testing cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS + Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline testing (GitLab CI or equivalent)
- Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, or AWS Glue)
- Python scripting for test automation and utilities
- Experience with compliance and governance requirements in regulated industries
- AWS certification (any level) preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with SRE practices (error budgets, blameless postmortems) preferred
