About this role
Role Overview
- Perform testing on cloud infrastructure and IaC using Terraform and AWS services
- Implement CI/CD pipeline testing and manage testing artifacts
- Conduct compliance and governance testing in regulated industries
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in software testing, QA engineering, or platform engineering with a quality focus
- 2+ years testing cloud infrastructure and IaC (AWS + Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline testing (GitLab CI or equivalent)
- Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT, or AWS Glue)
- Python scripting for test automation and utilities
- Experience with compliance and governance requirements in regulated industries
- Preferred: AWS certification (any level)
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Familiarity with SRE practices (error budgets, blameless postmortems)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
