Oversight and management of an assigned group of Wealth Management Advisors
Grows and maintains strong client and participant relationships evidenced through increased wallet share, product appropriateness, and net promoter scores
Ensures the delivery of a seamless client experience through coaching the team to adopt the prescribed engagement practices
Establish relationships across all touch points to ensure advocacy for client/participant needs
Ensures client-facing advisors are utilizing TIAA’s broad range of resources
Evaluates and assigns Advisors appropriate books of clients
Implements appropriate strategies to increase market share
Develops and maintains a good understanding of TIAA’s competitors within the individual and institutional landscape
Manages the performance of team leaders
Requirements
8+ years of experience in the financial services industry
FINRA licensing required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or an equivalent combination of Series 63 and Series 65)
10+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferred
Active FINRA Series 24 license preferred; candidates without this license must obtain it within 90 days of hire
Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing teams
Proven ability to develop and grow talent within an organization
Strong track record of identifying and cultivating high-potential talent
