Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview

• Execute the company’s social media strategy
• Manage content calendars
• Create and edit content
• Engage with the online community across multiple platforms
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Maintain and manage the content calendar for consistency and alignment with marketing goals
• Edit posts and copy using tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels
• Foster an active and positive online community
• Build relationships with followers, customers, and influencers
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Monitor post and campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar roles
• Experience creating and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
• Proficiency with design tools including Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to stay current with social media trends and apply new ideas effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage content calendars and campaigns efficiently
• Experience with community management and audience engagement across social platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
