Role Overview
Develop annual brand and media strategies aligned with advertiser goals and growth objectives
Create campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations tailored to brand and product lines
Build strategic supplier growth proposals based on a deep understanding of supplier business goals and marketing objectives
Serve as the primary liaison for supplier communications, including feedback, approvals, and creative revisions
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize outcomes
Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for short
and long-term media strategies
Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and internal teams to drive strong results and advertiser satisfaction.
Requirements
4+ years experience in account management, media planning, digital marketing, or retail media (CPG/retail preferred), including upselling experience
Proven ability to lead day-to-day client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet supplier needs
Experience developing media plan recommendations aligned with advertiser goals and performance objectives
Familiarity with advertising analytics, data platforms, and DMP technologies, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
