Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative, operations, legal support, or office experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply feedback consistently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly proactive and self-directed learning mindset
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong internet connection and reliable remote work setup
- Proficiency with productivity tools and cloud-based software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Prior U.S. immigration law or USCIS-related experience (Preferred)
- Previous law firm experience in any practice area (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Docketwise, Litify, or Neos (Preferred)
- Bilingual communication skills, especially Spanish (Preferred)
- Customer service, hospitality, or client-facing professional background (Preferred)
- Experience using AI tools within professional workflows (Preferred)
