You will be responsible for developing and evolving financial products that support restaurants in managing their business.
This is a role with direct impact on the financial health of the restaurants we serve, aimed at facilitating routines such as revenue growth, payments performance and conversion optimization, with a strong analytical, strategic and results-oriented focus, among others.

Ability to connect business strategy to the creation of solutions that generate value for end customers and results for the company;
Define, prioritize and communicate product objectives, understanding market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities;
Ensure execution of the roadmap with a focus on continuous delivery of value;
Conduct research, data analysis and interviews to deeply understand product stakeholders, uncover customer pain points and run experiments to find the best solutions (Product Discovery);
Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities;
Work with engineering and design teams to specify, prioritize and follow the product evolution, ensuring constant delivery of value;
Track KPIs and metrics for product initiatives to ensure expected business outcomes are met;
Lead launches of new features and products, ensuring internal teams and customers are prepared to adopt and extract value from the solutions.
Monitor and analyze payment metrics (TPV, take rate, conversion) to identify opportunities to increase revenue
Evolve acquiring strategy to increase payment capture within our ecosystem
Structure and run experiments to optimize conversion and monetization of flows (POS, kiosk and app)
Identify and reduce frictions in the payment journey, improving performance and transaction volume
Explore new revenue streams (cash advances/receivables financing, financial services, etc.)
Work closely with engineering, finance and commercial teams to ensure results-oriented decisions
Requirements
Experience defining and tracking product metrics oriented to results (such as adoption, engagement, activation or retention).
Strong financial-results orientation (revenue, margin and transacted volume).
Experience with products involving payments (Pix, card, acquiring, etc.).
Analytical capability to make decisions based on metrics such as TPV, take rate and conversion.
Experience testing and scaling initiatives that generate real business impact (not just delivering features).
Business perspective to understand trade-offs between conversion, cost and margin.
Ability to structure problems, identify opportunities and prioritize with a focus on impact.
Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, finance and commercial).
Experience with product discovery processes and continuous delivery.
Data-driven analytical capabilities for decision-making.
Communication, organization and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to operate in short cycles with continuous value delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience with digital products.
Availability for hybrid work in São Leopoldo, RS.
