Translate business and product requirements into clear technical data specifications for engineering teams
Manage data ingestion and transformation workflows, including external vendor data feeds and internal datasets
Collaborate with developers to deliver data pipelines, feeds, and transformations
Monitor and improve data quality, identifying anomalies and resolving issues across datasets
Own small to mid-sized data projects end-to-end, balancing multiple requests and priorities
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using Python or similar tools
Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and BI teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs

Strong SQL expertise (non-negotiable)
Ability to work effectively with data pipelines, schemas, feeds, APIs, and data warehouses
Proven ability to work independently with data and deliver solutions end-to-end
Experience translating business requirements into clear technical specifications
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to operate with high autonomy and manage multiple requests or projects simultaneously
1–3 years’ experience in a market data, data analytics, or financial data environment
Python for automation or process improvement (Nice to Have)
Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and vendor data workflows (Nice to Have)
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Nice to Have)
Exposure to AI tools or an interest in automation (Nice to Have)
