Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and automated processes
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate)
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solutions
Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution
Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and operational processes
Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, compliance requirements, and established security standards

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)
Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integration tools
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business partners
