About this role

Collaborate with teams to design and implement ML models for personalization, recommendations, targeting, and operational improvements.
Develop predictive and forecasting solutions that use first-party data to support marketing, store operations, and inventory planning.
Integrate models into production environments, partnering with engineers to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Contribute to experimentation efforts, helping design and analyze A/B tests to measure impact.
Support ongoing model monitoring and refinement, ensuring quality, fairness, and explainability remain central.
Work across the business to explore new opportunities where data science and ML can improve customer experience or operational efficiency.

5+ years in applied ML, data science, or quantitative product roles.
Experience with recommendation systems, predictive modeling, clustering, and time series forecasting.
Practical experience deploying models to production (Python, AWS/GCP, APIs).
Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis for experimentation.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus: background in eCommerce, QSR, or real-time customer engagement systems.
