Represent the cultural nuance, needs and preferences of the US Hispanic audience to help BH better understand the segment.
Manage supply and demand balance for Spanish speaking therapists and clients.
Use data and business cases to champion Spanish speaking segment growth.
Work & influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp teams (including product, compliance, legal, engineering, clinical operations and more).
Develop the medium and long term growth plan, product, and marketing localization for Spanish speakers in the US.
Requirements
7+ years working in fast-paced technology, marketing and/or consulting companies
Fluent in Spanish
both written and spoken
Deep familiarity with US Hispanic consumer attitudes and preferences
