Provide continual improvement process for maintenance in order to achieve best quartile performance in maintenance KPIs including cost control and benchmarking and application of best practices.
Lead and facilitate Kemya Annual Plan cycles as SME
Analyze SAP data for work orders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Analyze KEMYA plants maintenance cost and performance and come up with recommendations
Participate in maintenance Audit & Assessment internally or externally.
Apply maintenance best practices/benchmarking and support analysis of other maintenance initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
Minimum 5 Years of experience in the Polymer/Hydrocarbon/Elastomer Industry
Excellent analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience with maintenance data analysis software
