Senior Engineer, Maintenance Excellence

Role Overview

• Provide continual improvement process for maintenance in order to achieve best quartile performance in maintenance KPIs including cost control and benchmarking and application of best practices.
• Lead and facilitate Kemya Annual Plan cycles as SME
• Analyze SAP data for work orders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze KEMYA plants maintenance cost and performance and come up with recommendations
• Participate in maintenance Audit & Assessment internally or externally.
• Apply maintenance best practices/benchmarking and support analysis of other maintenance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in the Polymer/Hydrocarbon/Elastomer Industry
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with maintenance data analysis software
• Knowledge of petrochemical plant operations
