Role Overview
- Single point customer interface for Engineering project and technical issues
- Serve as the Technical Contact for initial technical discussions
- Lead/Present first level technical discussions during customer meetings
- Coordinate engineering changes between Harman and customer
Requirements
- At least 10 years of Engineering experience
- Design Engineering experience in Hardware or/and Software around SoC, MCU, and DSP
- Ability to create Structured Problem-Solving documents (8-D, 5
- PHASE, Fault Tree Analysis, Fish Bone Analysis)
- Fluent communication in Japanese and English
