Provide leadership mentorship on organizational health, performance management, and team efficiency, helping leaders build high-accountability, high-performing organizations.
Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose organizational challenges, and guide strategic talent decisions.
Influence cross-functional partners—including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and Employee Relations—to deliver coordinated workforce solutions aligned to operational priorities.
Act as a link between HR partner groups, guaranteeing alignment and uniformity in workforce initiatives affecting operations.
Navigate complex employee relations matters with a balanced approach that reinforces fairness, accountability, and operational standards.
Drive leadership alignment and execution during periods of organizational change, business growth, and operational transformation.
Requirements
Over 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting technology, manufacturing, industrial, or operations client groups.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
Expertise across various HR/People channels, including compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and development.
Proven ability to perform well in rapidly changing, challenging, performance-focused environments.
Clear, empathetic, and effective communicator, adept at adjusting approaches based on audience needs.
Strong collaborator and mentor, delivering feedback that cultivate trust and partnership.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
Data-driven and diligent, with a strategic approach.
