Support day-to-day operational excellence and process improvement activities
Assist in reviewing workflows and identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks
Help collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support reporting and decision-making
Prepare regular reports, trackers, and presentations on key operational metrics
Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process guidelines
Support root cause analysis for operational issues and help track action plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support improvement initiatives and follow-ups
Monitor the progress of assigned projects and ensure timely updates are shared with stakeholders
Help ensure process compliance and adherence to operational standards
Contribute ideas that support a culture of continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in operations, process improvement, quality assurance, business support, or a similar role
Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Document, Looker)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
