About this role
Role Overview
- Revise 2D & 3D drawings in accordance with Engineering Change Management procedure.
- Create fully constrained 3D models of various products ranging from simple components to complex assemblies.
- Create simplified 3D models and general layout drawings of equipment for Sales inquiries.
- Assist engineers to develop design solutions for existing and new products (Lifecycle Management / R&D)
- Cross department support, for example Quality, Engineering, Assembly, Procurement & Manufacturing.
- Adhere to and actively promote the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules in all work activities.
- Consistently embody and promote the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an accredited mechanical engineering or similar discipline postsecondary program.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Autodesk products (Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault).
