- Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Drive initiatives to improve Warehouse Management and Control Systems
- Design warehouse layouts and material flows
- Support implementation of new IT systems and automation solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Professional experience in logistics, process optimization, lean management, or project management
- Analytical and structured working style
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong skills in data analysis and documentation
- Initial go-live experience within an automated distribution center is considered an advantage
