Conduct daily in-person visits within assigned territory (Monday–Friday)
Build and maintain relationships across insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, business owners, resort operators, and homeowners
Establish SERVPRO as the go-to restoration provider in the Brainerd & Little Falls markets
Execute a structured route plan to ensure consistent coverage and engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
Actively promote SERVPRO services across residential, commercial, and specialty industries
Deliver presentations, trainings, and educational meetings to referral partners
Drive adoption of the Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) program
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure readiness, satisfaction, and repeat business
Follow up on active and completed jobs to strengthen relationships and identify future opportunities
Attend and actively participate in local networking events, chambers, associations, and industry functions
Represent SERVPRO at community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives
Engage in evening and weekend activities to expand relationships and brand awareness
Support and help coordinate client appreciation and marketing events
Act as a visible ambassador for SERVPRO within the community
Submit a weekly performance report including: Daily activity and contacts made, Progress toward sales and relationship goals, Opportunities, challenges, and next steps
Maintain accurate and consistent documentation in CRM (SalesForce)
Participate in regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Track progress toward monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or relationship-based roles
Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to manage territory independently and stay organized
Comfortable working primarily in the field (80–90%)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends
Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or service industries preferred
Proficient with CRM systems and basic business software
