Collaborate with different stakeholders across the Finance organization and establish procedures and controls to ensure adherence to IFRS accounting standards and company policies and procedures
Ensure that all financial statements are reported timely to the Parent Company
Responsible for accuracy, timelines and the general integrity of the accounting function and related reports
Oversee US government reporting requirements
Lead critical process transformation initiatives
Manage various internal and external audits
Develop and maintain a strong team environment and build strong competencies in the team
Requirements
CPA or master's degree in accounting & finance
At least 7 + years of public accounting experience
At least 2 + years of managerial experience (staffing, performance management, task delegation, project delegation, work planning, salary reviews, etc.)
Technical Accounting Expertise
Must currently be an accounting manager or above
Strong analytical skills with advanced PC skills (emphasis on Excel and Power Point)
Preferred: Tableau, python, R, alteryx
Experience in specialized ERP (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
Experience in developing strong relationships with business partners
