Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based solutions
Designing and delivering solutions
Developing, configuring, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs
Develop reporting and integrations as part of the solution
Providing technical analysis, resolution and troubleshooting of solutions provided to the customers
Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other team members to complete design and testing documentation
Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions are needed.

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
Hands-on expertise in: Plugins (C#), Custom APIs & Actions, Workflows and Cloud Flows (Power Automate), SSRS Reports
Experience with: Power Pages (preferred, given our portal-heavy implementation), Power BI, Managing Security Roles and Access Team Templates
Good understanding of: Dataverse data model, security roles, and table permissions, Solution management (managed/unmanaged) and deployment strategies
Ability to independently handle deployments across environments
Experience with ALM practices (solution packaging, environment variables, connection references)
Familiarity with performance optimization and troubleshooting
Understanding of integration patterns (APIs, external systems)
