Certified Public Accountant

Role Overview

• Analyze, organize, update financial records
• Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments
• Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.
• Setup financial accounts as needed
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables
• Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
• Keep company financial information confidential
• Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization
• Inventory Management China Purchase Management

Requirements

• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System
• Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements
• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently
• Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.
