Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting and escalation for complex infrastructure incidents and service degradations.
Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve long-term stability.

8+ years of experience managing and leading delivery of IT infrastructure operations.
Experience managing multi-discipline technical teams in enterprise IT environments.
US Citizenship/Work Authorization: Must meet contract requirements.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required).
Bachelor’s in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).
Required Certification: PMP Certification or equivalent.
