Responsible for general security of trailer and connex area
Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of logistics/inventory data including availability of product, reliability of transport and delivery, and other data related to the internal/external supply chain management for the Panthers job site.
Maintains database(s) of logistics information.
Works with project schedule.
Tracks site inventory, i.e. tools and supplies flow from origin to delivery.
Coordinates with MSS Corporate Logistics, Procurement and Shipping/Receiving personnel to ensure inventory accuracy and consistency of processes.
Reviews logistics processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control logistics operations and processes for the jobsite.
Monitors jobsite facilities and ensures proper standards maintained.
Documents work by maintaining job files.
Assists regional and on-site safety personnel.
Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Knowledge of inventory management and shipping and distribution channels.
Ability become lull and rigging certified
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Previous experience in logistics/inventory management field required
Minimum of 5 years in commercial or industrial construction environment
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Must successfully pass a background check & drug test.
