About this role
Role Overview
Ensure seamless execution of accounts receivable processes across APAC in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Record receipts and transactions promptly to maintain accuracy and data integrity
Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit memos according to schedule for designated countries
Investigate and resolve any invoicing discrepancies promptly
Document and approve all manual invoices, credit memos, and adjustments before processing them
Respond to AR-related inquiries and service requests from SBUs and other finance responsibilities
Contribute to plans that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of AR processes
Assist AR Supervisor and AR Manager with special assignments and projects as required
Ensure timely delivery of invoices and statements to customers
Collaborate with mailing houses to monitor and improve service efficiency
Requirements
Minimum diploma in Accounting
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in SFS operations
Proficient in English, Chinese, and Korean (depending on country assignment)
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QAD
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is an advantage
Detail-oriented
