Previous experience in growth, GTM, performance marketing, outbound, or startup execution roles.
Strong understanding of positioning, differentiation, offer creation, and customer acquisition psychology.
Ability to independently launch campaigns, landing pages, outreach systems, and experiments from scratch.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflows across marketing, design, automation, and research.
Understanding of how to personalize outreach at scale without making it feel automated.
Experience with Meta Ads, cold email infrastructure, CRM flows, and lead generation tooling.
Basic design sense and ability to create clean, conversion-focused visuals and pages independently.
Technical understanding of web technologies, automations, integrations, and modern SaaS stacks.
Ability to move quickly, prioritize independently, and execute without waiting for detailed instructions.
Strong written communication and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and markets.
