Role Overview
- Provide exceptional service to our clients on the Retirement Services team
- Support Account Managers and Account Executives
- Prepare materials for upcoming investment review meetings
- Process investment change paperwork
- Assist with plan administration
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- Collaborates with internal team members to implement MMA Midwest’s service strategy
- Builds strong client relationships through effective communication
- Manages time efficiently to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
- Maintains client files and contact information while consistently following service workflows
- Upon hire, Producers License for Life/Health (additional qualification)
- BS/BA in Business, Finance, or related field (additional qualification)
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (additional qualification)
