- Experience managing strategic medical associations and advocacy partners
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Therapeutic expertise in areas like oncology, neurology, rare disease, and primary care
- Strong organizational and relationship building skills
