About this role
Role Overview
Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform
Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features
Partner closely with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities
Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes to keep GEICO’s IAM platform modern and compliant
Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle
Influence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes
Mentor and coach junior product managers within the IAM domain
Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize IAM services for usability, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience
At least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains
Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E)
Strong strategic thinking with ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirements
Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus
Relevant IAM certifications and/or insurance industry experience is a plus.
